Welcome to The Pet Resort at Beaverdam Kennels. We offer the ultimate in care for your best friend at our brand new, state of the art facility. With our bright and airy suites, your dogs will be glad to see you planning your next trip so they can enjoy a stay with us at their new home away from home. Amenities abound at The Pet Resort. You can choose from the basic sleep and exercise stay to an action packed fun filled day. Our offerings are many allowing you the ability to select a wide variety of activities ensuring the mental and physical wellness of your best friend until you return. If something that you and your dog are accustomed to doing is not listed below and you want us to provide it, let us know. We’ll be glad to accommodate your needs in any way possible. If your best friend likes Frisbees or tennis balls, let us know so we can make sure we get the right toy out for the playground. We welcome you to bring your own bed, towels, shoes, etc. to remind your dog of home.

PRICING

Our rates are some of the best in the market when you compare apples to apples. Charges are similar to the way a motel charges for a stay. They begin on the day you check in and continue for each day that your dog is with us after 11am. The following is a list of ala cart items and their daily rates.

General boarding with two leashed walks each day=$25

Supervised extended exercise (20 -30 minutes of free run on the playground)=$5

Doggy Day Care (check in and check out during regular hours or by appointment)=$15

Heated and Massaging Wellness Pad in the suite for those dogs accustomed to the finer things=$5

Herbal bath=$25

Pond walk and swim=$10

Executive suite package=$34.95 includes boarding, extended playground time and Wellness Pad

Multiple dogs in the same suite=$10 for each additional dog

Extended stay rate for visits of more than 10 days=$20

FOOD

We feed and recommend Purina Pro Plan Performance for All Stages of Life.  If you would like for us to feed your dog another brand of food, please bring it with you. We ask that you place your normal feeding portions for each feeding in ziplock bags so that we can make sure no one goes hungry. If you do not wish for your dog to have treats, please let us know.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Ask about our group rates. We offer a 10% discount on all services for groups that sign up with us. Participation in the group program is free. It offers our local employers a way to give their employees a perk for doing a good job. Have your human resources manager contact us for the details on this valuable program.

 

Take advantage of our “Refer a friend” program. Get a free night for each new referral.

 

VACCINATIONS REQUIRED

We require up to date vaccinations for parvo, distemper and rabies. If not current, our vet requests that these are given at least three weeks prior to your visit to give you the optimum protection for your dog. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOG VACCINATED FOR BORDATELLA WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF CHECK IN FOR OUR PROTECTION If your dog is due for bordatella please wait until after your visit with us to give it if the vaccinations are scheduled to be given within seven days of check in. A copy of your pet’s vaccination records will be required before we can allow your dog to enter the resort. You can bring the records with you upon delivery of your dog or, have your veterinarian fax a copy to us when you make your reservation. This along with a completed reservation form listed below will expedite your check-in. If you desire, we will be glad to meet you at your vehicle for free curb side service delivery and pick-up. Simply phone ahead and let us know.

 

We welcome all dogs. Spaying or neutering is not required at The Pet Resort.

If your girl is in heat and you do not wish to deal with the mess, we will be glad to care for her until the cycle has finished.

Having dealt with intact dogs for close to 30 years, we understand them and are quite comfortable with those hormones.
